Specialized Global Professional Educational Program

SGPEP is designed for companies, government agencies, educational institutions and other entities interested in a customized program for an individual or a group of employees. It's also available for self-funded individuals who are looking for a more intensive program.

In addition to GPEP's programming, SGPEP provides a more personalized educational service and intensive professional development opportunity. SGPEP is designed to meet the specific requirements and requests of the funding sponsor, or individual by providing focused and tailored training. It may include taking regular MSU academic courses or full-semester of the ELC (English Language Center) courses; creating a specialized course or seminar on particular topics; one-on-one instruction; field trips to other U.S. cities; internships; and research collaboration opportunities. Many SGPEP components are designed in collaboration with MSU Schools or Institutes or even non-MSU entities to meet the sponsor's particular requirements.

In addition to new open-enrollment programs below, VIPP offers SGPEPs in various fields including Human Resources, Urban Planning, and Policy Making and Government Management. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be awarded a Global Professional Certificate.
